Century Tuna Hits a Global Milestone with Park Seo Joon as Its Newest Superbod

Century Tuna’s newest Superbod isn’t just built—he’s bold, driven, and “fit for any role”. With the perfect balance of strength, intelligence, and confidence, he’s more than just “protein fit” for the title—he defines it.

PRESS CONFERENCE
On July 12, 2025, Park Seo Jun once again visited the Philippines as the first global brand ambassador for the country’s leading tuna brand, Century Tuna. It was a jam-packed day for the brand’s latest superbod, he kicked-off the day’s activity by greeting and meeting the executives of Century Tuna as well as the press to talk about working with Century Tuna, his fitness routine, his latest project, and that afternoon’s “Ultimate Fan Fest”.

FITNESS
Park Seo Jun‘s go-to fitness routine includes 30 minutes of stretching, 30 to 40 minutes of weight training, and a five-kilometer run. For days when he is busy with projects (like now), he sees to it that he does at least 30 minutes of calisthenics or body weight workouts. But for Park Seo Jun, he isn’t just about physical strength, he also emphasized the importance of mental health in achieving overall well-being. He also shared a nutritious recipe: a mix of Century Tuna, rice, and gim (seaweed)—his personal healthy go-to.

UPCOMING PROJECT
Park Seo Jun shared that he took on his upcoming drama because it tells a story many people can relate to—first love. It’s a theme he believes will resonate with a wide audience making the project one to look forward to and support. He also playfully apologized to the Century Tuna team saying he lost some weight while preparing for the role and wasn’t quite in his “Superbod” form. But honestly, we beg to differ—because no matter what, he’s the perfect fit to be Century Tuna’s global Superbod.

WORKING WITH CENTURY
He recalled having many fun memories during the campaign shoot. What stood out to him most was the brand’s bold red color, which left a strong impression—something he vividly remembers about working with Century Tuna. Overall, he said the experience was truly enjoyable.

SAVING OUR SEAS
The event wasn’t just about celebrating Century Tuna’s first global brand ambassador—it also spotlighted the brand’s meaningful environmental initiative, Saving Our Seas. This campaign is dedicated to collecting and recycling plastic waste to help protect marine life and safeguard our planet for future generations. In a heartfelt gesture, some donations were even made under Park Seo Jun’s name, further reinforcing his support for the cause. 😊

FIT FOR ANY ROLE: PARK SEO JUN ULTIMATE FAN FEST
Gates opened as early as 2PM for the fans to participate in the booths that were set up in the venue. Many fans were eager to participate because having two stamps could earn them a chance to have 2-minutes with the one and only Park Seo Jun on stage.

The pre-show was a burst of energy, featuring vibrant dance performances, Century Tuna Superbods interacting with fans and conducting quick interviews, and confidently modeling to showcase their fit physiques. It also served as a platform to highlight the “Saving Our Seas” campaign. Thanks to the fans’ participation at the booths that day, they were able to recycle thousands of kilograms of plastic that day alone. Before Park Seo Jun took the stage, Anne Curtis wowed the crowd with her signature charm and runway-worthy strut, earning loud cheers from the audience. But when it was Park Seo Jun’s turn, the excitement hit a whole new level—the Big Dome erupted in screams and chants as fans welcomed him with overwhelming energy.

The Century Tuna Superbod family gave Park Seo Jun a warm and heartfelt welcome as he officially took the stage. Some of the Superbods even interviewed fans in the crowd, who were eager to share words of encouragement and admiration for the Korean star. One particularly touching moment came when fans thanked PSJ for being their source of strength and positivity during the height of the pandemic—especially through his role in Itaewon Class, which streamed on Netflix during those difficult times. Their messages were a testament to how deeply his work had resonated and uplifted people when they needed it most.

The first segment of the show, Fit for Every Spotlight, featured Park Seo Jun answering a series of questions on stage, read by host Sam Oh. During the Q&A, fans learned more about PSJ’s love for travel—something he enjoys especially after wrapping up a project. For him, traveling is a way to reset, helping him let go of the character he just portrayed and prepare mentally for the next role. When asked, “What does being fit mean to you beyond just physical health?” PSJ offered thoughtful advice, echoing what he shared earlier at the press conference: a sound mind is just as important as a strong body. He emphasized that maintaining a positive, optimistic mindset plays a key role in navigating life’s challenges.

Up next was the crowd-favorite segment, PSJ: The Last Fan Standing, where lucky fans got the once-in-a-lifetime chance to share the stage and play games with Park Seo Jun himself. The first group played a fun twist on the classic “Hep Hep Hooray”—reimagined as a fitness challenge with moves like lunges, squats, and jumps. The next game tested their connection with PSJ in a telepathy-style challenge, where both he and a fan had to strike the same pose based on a given word. Ever the gracious star, PSJ was warm and encouraging, making sure his fans felt comfortable and had fun, even letting a few minor misses slide so they could simply enjoy the moment with him.

The head chef of the Century Tuna Pacific Group joined Park Seo Jun, Anne Curtis, host Sam Oh, and translator Joo Hyun Kim on stage to demonstrate how to make PSJ’s favorite Century Tuna recipe. It was a special moment as Anne tried the dish for the first time and instantly became a fan, saying she’d definitely be making it again soon. To make the experience even more memorable, 15 lucky fans were invited on stage to taste the recipe—personally served by PSJ himself, much to everyone’s delight.

Back to the games, the next activity was called Fit For Any Word—a fun twist on Pinoy Henyo, where Park Seo Jun took on the role of guesser while lucky fans gave the clues. One of the most adorable highlights of the segment was a 10-year-old contestant who absolutely charmed everyone—cuteness overload!

The most anticipated moment of the event finally arrived—a game that would determine which lucky fan would win two unforgettable minutes alone on stage with Park Seo Jun. The challenge was a quick quiz designed to test who knew PSJ best as an actor. One fan emerged victorious, and in that instant, every Jeomju in the room wished they were in her shoes. She got to experience a mini date with PSJ—a once-in-a-lifetime moment so special, anyone would wish time could stand still.

As the event drew to a close, the Century Tuna Superbods returned to the stage to express their heartfelt thanks—this time joined by Park Seo Jun himself. PSJ personally requested to open the house lights to see all his Jeomjus present at the venue, he then took a moment to sincerely thank everyone in attendance for the warm welcome and overwhelming support. It was clear from his smile and energy that the love from his Filipino fans meant a lot. We’re certain he’s bringing home not just memories, but a boost of motivation and joy to carry with him as he continues filming his latest project. It was a meaningful send-off, filled with gratitude, connection, and genuine appreciation.

Many thanks to Century Tuna for producing this one-of-a-kind fan meet possible, and to Wilbros Live for organizing such a memorable event.
