It was a night full of cheers and electrifying energy as Xdinary Heroes made their second comeback on the Philippine stage with Break the Brake World Tour in Manila.

An extraordinary concert experience welcomed Filo Villains (Xdinary Heroes’ fans) as Gaon, Jun Han, Jooyeon, Gunil, Jungsu, and O.de of Xdinary Heroes entered the New Frontier Theatre, and charmed the crowd with their unmatched stage presence, on March 23, Saturday.

Break the Brake World Tour in Manila kicked off the show with a rocket-high performance of “Freddy”. Meanwhile, the first setlist captured the night’s mood with their songs “Come into My Head”, “Knock Down”, “Checkmate”, and a head-banging song—“Test Me”.

Following the heat of the first part of their performance, they made the crowd jump up their feet to their performances of “Hair Cut,” “Enemy,” “Man in the Box,” “Ghost,” “Dear H,” “Good Enough,” “Paranoid,” “Bad Chemical,” “Freakin’ Bad,” “Sucker Punch!,” “Strawberry Cake,” “Pirates,” “Bicycle,” “Break The Brake,” “Again? Again!,” and “Pluto”.

Xdinary Heroes also did covers for their JYP Entertainment family sunbaes with a rendition of DAY6’s “Shoot Me” and Stray Kids’ “Hellevator”.

Further, the boys shared their encore stage with their hit songs “X-Mas” and “Happy Death Day.”

Soulful Serenade with Villains

The boys made the night extra special as they requested to jam with the crowd and play for them. Villains sang their hearts out to “Good Enough”. It was a heart-racing moment that surprised the crowd and the boys as well.

It was a heart-to-heartfelt moment between the boys and the crowd, both mesmerized by each other’s presence. Definitely, one of the books as the mood became sentimental and full of love. Xdinary Heroes sang a sweet rendition of “Paranoid” with their fans.

“You’re all so good at singing, Villains—that was amazing. You harmonized with us perfectly even during the song’s ending,” Jungsu says.

“Let’s be honest here—you guys sing better than us,” Jooyeon teased.

Xdinary Heroes’ Rockstars

The night wrapped up with Villains sharing a heart-warming video fan project to share their appreciation for the boys. They looked over the big screen with eyes full of love as they watched and listened to Villain’s messages.

“Listening to the voice of Villains I’m very comforted. You are beautiful, you look like stars from here—burn the brightest our rockstars,” Gunil says.

“You have greeted us guys with so much warmth that I made another unforgettable memory with you guys again, it really touched my heart—I was able to feel and receive the love,” Gunil added.

“The reason why the six of us can stand here and jump around, be excited around the stage is all because of you Villains,” O.de shared.

An energy that is on another level, is how Xdinary Heroes was able to put into words Manila’s crowd for their Break the World Tour in Manila.

The boys promised to come back very soon to hopefully perform for a bigger crowd and a bigger stage.

Xdinary Heroes made their debut in the Philippine concert scene two years ago, in October 2022 at the Araneta Coliseum.
