Elevating Excitement: Cha Eun Woo’s “Mystery Elevator”

It was evident that AROHAs had a “F*cking Great Time” since we were finally able to crack the code and ride on Cha Eun Woo‘s “Mystery Elevator” at the SM Mall of Asia Arena last Saturday, March 16, 2024.

The “face genius” opened the show with a cover of his Lee Hyori sunbaenim‘s song, “10 Minutes” followed by “F*cking Great Time”, a song from his solo album “Entity”. Cha Eun Woo certainly has a knack for creating the perfect ambiance for his fancon. AROHAs went ecstatic during this particular performance as he tantalizingly flaunted his sculpted abs, sending them into a frenzy.

During the fancon, it came to light that the “Mystery Elevator” was Cha Eun Woo‘s invention for his AROHAs. This elevator takes his fans to special places where they could discover new sides of him and have the rare opportunity to interact with him as well.

The first stop of the Mystery Elevator with host Kring Kim was “Eun Woo‘s Concept Store”, where items have a corresponding question or activity related to it. The items were a cat headband and gloves set, a crown, and a Star Golden Bell set (uniform jacket, mini blackboard, and red cap). Throughout this segment, viewers were treated to a glimpse of Cha Eun Woo‘s diverse personas, ranging from playful and sexy to cute, shy, and charismatic.

Afterward, he went back to performing and started with the Backstreet Boys hit, “As Long As You Love Me’ followed by his song “First Love” which made his noona-deul swoon. We then headed back to board the “Mystery Elevator” which took us to the “Cha Cha Studio” on the 215th floor. In this segment, 3 lucky fans were able to interact with the man of the hour.

He also surprised his AROHAs with a medley of Astro’s well-loved songs, “Crazy, Sexy, Cool”, “Sugar Pop”, and “Knock”, and “U&I, another track from “Entity”. As an actingdol, he also sang “Jealousy” and “Love Sailing”, both of which are OSTs from “A Good Day to be a Dog” and “Decibel”, respectively. He also sang “Memories” as his “last” song for the night.

For his encore performance, he sang “You’re the Best”, another track from “Entity” and “Love So Fine”, a beloved soundtrack from “True Beauty”. Additionally, his Filipino AROHAs seized the moment to serenade him with a heartfelt birthday song, as his birthday falls on March 30. Grateful for the early birthday wishes, the captivating artist acknowledged his Filo AROHAs as the first to extend their greetings.

In keeping with the cherished tradition of fan meetings, AROHAs touched him deeply with a sincere video message. In response, he promised to continue evolving as the best version of himself for all those who steadfastly support him.

In conclusion, we can attest that Cha Eun Woo is consistently evolving into an artist cherished by many. AROHAs can undoubtedly take pride in supporting such an exceptional artist. His affection for his Filipino fans shines through as he makes a concerted effort to speak Tagalog phrases throughout the show and engage them with his banter and playful demeanor during “ments“. We eagerly anticipate Cha Eun Woo‘s next invention for his upcoming fan meet.
